Optatec 2024 – Trade fair films “Statements & Scenes”

Welcome to the 16th Optatec, the international trade fair for optical technologies, components and systems, in Frankfurt am Main, in the heart of Europe! Optatec 2024 got off to a successful start today with 422 international exhibitors and a large number of trade fair guests from all over the world! Every two years, international experts, manufacturers and users of optotechnology, precision optics and photonics meet here for their highly specialized top event.

The topics at Optatec deal with the technical use of light, as this is rapidly gaining in importance in all areas. Investment decisions for optical and photonic technologies are highly significant internationally. Optical technologies are driven by growing quality requirements, but also by increasing automation, digitalization, autonomous systems and assistance systems in various areas.

Optical technologies are among the most important industries of the 21st century. The international appeal of Optatec is enormous and, with its specific institutional partners, it is firmly established in the global competition. Today’s final day of Optatec 2024 took place on the International Day of Light, which is primarily dedicated to young talent in the industry.
