These tasks await you:
- Measuring optical plastic parts and injection molds with 3D coordinate measuring machines, interferometers, 3D scanners and stylus devices
- Creating measurement reports and capability analyses based on technical drawings
- Support in the development of measurement recordings and measurement strategies for series production control (SPC)
- Metrological advice and coordination with specialist departments, suppliers and customers
- Carrying out functional tests in the optics laboratory according to instructions/instructions
Ideal requirements are:
- Successfully completed training in the field of plastics, optics or metal
- Several years of professional experience as a measurement technician in the automotive, medical or optical industries
- Confident handling of 3D measuring machines, ideally experience with GOM Inspect, Calypso and SolidWorks
- Experience with measuring methods for optical parts
- Independent, structured way of working and good knowledge of MS Office
