Customised product development, production and assembly
Optomech GmbH offers you support for all tasks relating to product development in the fields of optics and optoelectronics, medical technology, precision engineering and metrology.
Our range of activities includes services along the entire development process from conception and design to prototype production and complete series launch, including support. We would also like to take on the series production of your components and products.
Optics design:
We analyse your optical requirements or adopt your known system properties. From this, we calculate your required optical system or optimise your existing one. Our supported fields of application range from imaging optics to illumination systems, fibre and mirror optics and diffractive systems.
Optomechanics and precision mechanics:
From the first sketch to the finished product, everything from a single source. Benefit from our all-round support or let us help you with individual tasks.
Based on the optical design, we calculate and construct the corresponding lens mounts for you, for example, and offer you mechanical designs for the precise movement and positioning of your units.
As a result, you will receive a proven tolerance calculation, 3D models in standard CAD formats, drawings with a parts list and an adjustment and assembly description.
Series production and design-to-cost optimisation:
We have several years of experience in design and production organisation and are particularly specialised in small and medium-sized series production.
Our range of services includes:
Risk analysis, cost analysis, design optimisation, definition of assembly and adjustment processes, design and manufacture of adjustment and assembly devices.
We will gladly manufacture and assemble prototypes and series for you. We have 160 m² of assembly space available for this, including clean room workstations up to class 6.
